Gulf access works very differently here than in Cape Coral. Instead of canal front types of homes, Burnt Store Marina is a master planned golf and boating community where you keep the boat down the street at the Marina within the development. Because of this all properties within the neighborhood can be thought of as having direct, sailboat accessible, Gulf access (assuming of course you choose to make use of the Marina). The benefit to this is that the Marina is strategically located, and your boating run to the open waters of Charlotte Harbor is almost instantaneous. As a local resident for the past 33+ years, I can safely say that I know this area quite well and bring my expertise to every transaction. I also enjoy my share of boating in this region, so I can safely advise clients as to the proís and conís of different area waterways, from a boaters perspective.
In addition to being a Realtor, I have a background with years of experience in the mortgage business and as a hands-on Real Estate Investor too. Iíve personally bought bank owned property, imminent foreclosures, short-sale property, auctioned properties and estate sale homes.
