This section includes NW Cape Coral (West of Burnt Store Rd), the very top of the SW (Ceitus Pkwy area), and Matlacha Isles. This entire area offers you a unique boating location, very different that that of Southern Cape Coral. Take the boat North and you will have quick access to Charlotte Harbor. You can continue to Boca Grande (the acclaimed best Tarpon fishing location in the world) and visit Cayo Costa which offers you miles of beautiful, secluded beaches on a nearly uninhabited island. My name is Dan Starowicz and I am a Realtor with Sand Castle Realty. I have four area offices to better serve my clients, located in Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs and my main location in Downtown Cape Coral (885 SE 47th Terrace, Suite A, Cape Coral, FL  33904). I specialize in waterfront property (including foreclosures and short sales). As a local resident for the past 25+ years, I can safely say that I know this area quite well and bring my expertise to every transaction. I also enjoy my share of boating in this region, so I can safely advise clients as to the proís and conís of different area waterways, from a boaters perspective. Do please note: Though I cover nearly all of SW Florida, Cape Coral is by far my main focus and the bulk of where my business is conducted.  I can advise buyers that I am very much an expert on the complex Cape Coral canal system, so by all means feel free to ask questions!
